Sales Associate
We are looking for a motivated sales associate to join our Sweet Dreams Mattress Gallery team. Our motto is “Helping Las Vegas Sleep Better” and we will extensively train you in both customer service and product knowledge to ensure that you transform our valued customers’ sleep experience. Duties for sales associate included, but are not limited to:
- Help customers to select the right mattress and sleep related products
- Open and close store on time
- Write sales tickets
- Make credit/debt card transactions
- Make store bank deposits
- Financial paperwork
- Product inventory
- Maintain a clean store
- Be able to calculate figures with and without the use of a calculator
- Meet set sales goals
Sales associates will have the ability to move up in the company in a relatively short period of time and become a store manager. As a store manager your roles will include:
- Maintaining a productive store
- Aiding in the marketing for the company
- Maintaining an organized system of recording keeping
Minimum Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Great personal, communication, and team building skills
- Being bilingual and having previous sales experience is also a plus!
- Background checks and drug testing will be assessed
Salary
- Base salary plus commission
